Soundcloud A Brewing Disaster: Music streaming platform SoundCloud could come up for sale in the coming months of 2024, according to a report from the UK’s Sky News. SoundCloud owners Raine Group and Temasek Holdings are potentially valuing the company at north of $1 billion.
Soundcloud is facing tons of criticism and backlash as they seem to have forgotten about their customers and analytics. Soundcloud posted an announcement regarding the matter recently and then suddenly removed it soon thereafter. Here's one of the last posts from Soundcloud about the situation.
Since then the Soundcloud community has been voicing their frustrations through social media platforms like Reddit hoping for a solution, but most of all they want answers.
